Olivier Janin speaks at Symposium “Innovation and Cognition ” at the French Ministry of Research


Exchanges between companies and academic researchers

Cognition is at the core of many issues of interest to society and industry: factories of the future, connected objects, collective decision-making, human and machine learning, artificial agents.
The objective of the conference is to accelerate contacts and interactions between communities of researchers in cognitive science and industry players around these issues.
Two main areas were selected for this conference : “The enhanced world” and “Human connected .”


Olivier Janin , CEO of Neotrope , participates in the roundtable ” connected objects” with Fabrice Dust / Jacques Guyenne (SAFRAN) , Marc Yvon (IBM) and Professor Jean -Gabriel Ganascia (Université Pierre et Marie Curie of Paris) who will host the session on Friday, November 6, 2015 from 11am to 12.30pm .

The six thematic sessions of the conference will present examples of successes , but also difficulties in dialogue researchers / practitioners : new objects, interfaces , decision, learning , sailing, cognitive agents .
